Megan explores the intersection of art and science; specifically, she studies fear and anxieties, which engross our mass media society. Anxieties and fears are emotions all humans feel, yet society tells us to suppress them. Even further the mass media takes these suppressed fears and creates them into more elaborate horrors. She is interested in dissecting fear and anxieties, finding the roots of them and why the mass media enhances them. GALLERY 1/1 is pleased to present Megan's series Molecular Stitch.
